Over the following decades, he led and contributed to iconic initiatives such as Windows, MSN, Xbox, Azure Cloud Security, and Microsoft Sustainability Manager — projects that have shaped how millions connect, communicate, and build online.

After years of leading complex technical teams, Eyal realized that many older adults feel left behind by the pace of change in technology. Inspired by helping his parents and older friends regain confidence with their devices, he founded Gentle Tech Guide - a service built on patience, trust, and understanding.

Beyond his corporate journey, Eyal’s career has always been fueled by curiosity — about people, technology, and the world itself. That curiosity eventually took him from the boardroom to the backroads. Today, Eyal splits his time between two deeply personal ventures:

• Gentle Tech Guide – helping older adults feel confident, capable, and safe in the digital age through patient, trustworthy, one-on-one guidance.

• Hidden Roads LA – leading small-group scenic drives through Southern California’s backroads, celebrating the art of the journey rather than the destination.

Whether guiding someone through a new app or through the winding canyons of Malibu, Eyal brings the same spirit of empathy, curiosity, and quiet expertise.
