One-Hour In-Home Tech Support Visit

Our standard visit gives you ample time to get hands-on help with your technology and learn at your own pace. We sit with you, side-by-side, to solve issues, explain concepts clearly, and help you feel more confident using your devices.

Whether you want to set up a new phone, master email or Zoom, organize your photos, protect yourself from scams, or simply ask questions — we guide you step-by-step and teach as we go.

This session is relaxed, supportive, and completely customized to your needs.

Additional Tech Support Hour (Add-On)

If your issue requires more time, additional help can be added after the first hour.
Each additional hour is $75, for up to 3 total hours in a single visit.

This allows time for larger tasks such as:

  • Computer setup or migration

  • Wi-Fi troubleshooting and network setup

  • Phone or tablet training

  • Data recovery and file organization

  • Email, apps, and account help

  • Shopify or website assistance

    Additional time is only billed if needed and approved during the visit. Up to 2 additional hours per visit for a maximum 3-hour session.

    Most visits are completed in about one hour.
